HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO.2010-17 Filed by the City of Santa Ana to execute a historic property preservation agreement with Ashley Vu and Ninh Vu for the structure located at 1911 North Westwood Avenue (A. T. Bates Ranch House). RECOMMENDED MOTION: • Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the attached agreement with Ashley Vu and Ninh Vu for the structure located at 1911 North Westwood Avenue subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION COMMENTS Commissioner Hitterdale: • Inquired about replacement of vacancies on the Historic Resources Commission. • Inquired about status of Historic Exterior Modification Application for 214 East Santa Clara Avenue that was adjourned for lack of quorum at the July meeting. Planning Manager Haluza stated the applicant requested a continuance to January, 2011. 9. EXCUSE OF ABSENCES • Commissioner Plascencia made a motion to excuse the absence of Commissioner O'Callaghan; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Rogers and unanimously approved by the Commission with a vote of 5:0.
