S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, to complete and execute the Project- <br />Based Vouchers (PBV) Agreement to Enter into Housing Assistance Payments Contract and, after <br />construction of the Vista Del Rio Project, to complete and execute the PBV Housing Assistance <br />Payments Contract between the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana and Vista Dei Rio <br />Housing Partners, L.P. for up to ten PBVs, and other necessary documents for the implementation <br />of project-based vouchers for the Vista Del Rio project. <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION <br />At its Regular Meeting of March 1~, 2011, by a vote of 6:0, the Community Redevelopment and <br />Housing Commission recommended that the Housing Authority, contingent upon approval by the <br />U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, authorize the Executive Director of the <br />Housing Authority or designee to complete and execute the Project-Based Vouchers (PBV) <br />Agreement to Enter into Housing Assistance Payments Contract and, after construction of the <br />Vista Del Rio Project, to complete and execute the PBV Housing Assistance Payments Contract <br />between the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana and Vista Del Rio Housing Partners, L.P. <br />for up to ten PBVs, and other necessary documents for the implementation of project-based <br />vouchers for the Vista Del Rio project. <br />~,~ <br />
