8. Outline of On-the-Job Training Plan and Method of Assessment: <br />ELEMENTS OF TRAINING HOURS OF TRAINING <br />1. Under supervision -Learn the different services available to assist 2O <br />President and Office Manager. <br />Measurement Method: Q 8c A, task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate <br />of proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />2. Under supervision -Locate and notify customers of delinquent <br />accounts by mail, or telephone, solicit payment. Duties include 200 <br />receiving payment and posting amount to customer's account; <br />preparing statements to credit department if customer fails to <br />respond; initiating cancellation of service; keeping records of <br />collection and status of accounts. <br />Measurement Method: Q 8c A, task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate <br />of proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />3. Under supervision -Oversee all aspect of general office <br />coordination, interact with clients, vendors and customers, answer 200 <br />telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member. File and <br />retrieve organization documents. Create and modify documents <br />using word processing, spreadsheets, database and/or other <br />presentations. Collect and maintain inventory of office equipment; <br />arrange repairs if needed. Support staff in assigned project-based <br />work. <br />Measurement Method: Q &c A task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of <br />proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />4. Under supervision -Oversee the proper translation of document <br />from English to Spanish. Assist with translations if needed in order 100 <br />to maintain clear communication between management and staff. <br />Measurement Method: Q &c A task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of <br />proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />RATING LEVELS: <br />Measurement method: how will it be determined if OJT participant acquired the skill?
