15. EMPLOYER must use the Dot and ??`SVP code books to determine length of OJT <br />period. The training time may not be longer than the SVP Code allows; however, <br />contractors are encouraged to negotiate shorter training periods whenever applicable. <br />16. OJT trainees shall not number more than 40% of the EMPLOYERS work force. <br />17. All EMPLOYER training payments (reimbursements) must be exclusive of any and all <br />EMPLOYER fringe benefits, paid holidays, paid sick days and overtime compensation. <br />18. The participating EMPLOYER must keep an accurate and up-to-date time sheet for the <br />OJT trainee. <br />19. Payroll records, time and attendance records and job duties retained on file by the <br />participating EMPL/O?Y/E?RO for/each OJT trainee are subject to review. <br />??
