PLEASE READ 1T CAREFULLY. <br />COMMERCIAL AUTO AMENDMENT <br />This endorsement modifies Insurance provided under the following: <br />BUSINESS AUTO COVERAGE FORM <br />The BUSINESS AUTO COVERAGE FORM Is amended to include the following clarifications and extensions of <br />coverage. With respect to coverage provided by this endorsement, the provisions of the Coverage Form apply unless <br />modified by the endorsement. <br />A. BLANKET ADDITIONAL INSURED D.
