8. Outline of On-the-Job Training Plan and Method of Assessment: <br />ELEMENTS OF TRAINING HOURS OF TRAINING <br />1. Under supervision -Learn the different services available to assist 2,O <br />President, Office Manager and Marketing Manager. <br />Measurement Method: Q 8z A, task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of <br />proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />2. Under supervision -Confer with customers (residential, contractor, <br /> <br />property manager) by telephone to provide information about 200 <br />services and promotions. <br />Follow-up calls on proposals and estimates. <br />Manage a project from start to finish. <br />Measurement Method: Q 8c A, task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of <br />proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />3. Under supervision - Ta]ce and enter orders, cancel accounts, and <br /> <br />obtain details of complaints (if any). 200 <br />Maintaining and keeping current the customer databases <br />Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording <br />details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions <br />taken. <br />Measurement Method: Q 8c A task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of <br />proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />4. Under supervision -Collaborate with Account Receivable to <br /> <br />determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or 100 <br />payments, or arrange for billing_ <br />Resolve customers' service or billing complaints in collaboration <br />with management <br />Assist administrative staff as needed <br />Measurement Method: Q 8c A task observation and inspection.
