The Homebuyer acknowledges and agrees that if for any reason the Homebuyer fails to consent to such entry or inspection, the Agency may obtain an administrative inspection warrant or take such other legal actions as may be necessary to gain access to and inspect the Property. The Agency shall indemnify and hold harmless the Homebuyer from any costs, claims, damages or liabilities pertaining to any such entry. 28. Notices. Should either of the parties to this Agreement incur attorneys' fees in seeking the enforcement of this Agreement, whether or not a final court judgment is entered, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement of its reasonable attorneys' fees and litigation costs, including without limitation expert witness fees, by the other party. 30. Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with all attachments hereto, constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the Agency and the Homebuyer. This Agreement integrates all of the terms and conditions mentioned herein or incidental thereto, and supersedes all prior negotiations, discussions and previous agreements between the Agency and the Homebuyer concerning all or any part of the subject matter of this Agreement.
