f. Delivery of Documents. Upon the close of the proposed <br />Transfer, Homebuyer and Transferee, as applicable, shall provide the Agency with <br />a copy of the final sales contract, settlement statement, escrow instructions, all <br />certificates required by this Section 4 and any other documents Agency may <br />request." <br />4. The restrictions contained in the Affordable Housing Resale <br />Restriction commence upon the date on which Homebuyer acquires fee title to the <br />Property and terminate on the forty-fifth (45th) anniversary thereof. <br />5. The commonly known addresses for the Property is <br />6. The assessor's parcel numbers for the Property is <br />7. The legal description of the Property is attached hereto as Attachment <br />No. 1 and is incorporated herein by reference. <br />8. The Affordable Housing Resale Restriction, which includes the <br />affordability restrictions referenced above, is expected to be submitted for <br />recordation in the Office of the Orange County Recorder contemporaneously with <br />this Notice of Affordability Restrictions. <br />9. This Notice of Affordability Restrictions is intended merely to satisfy <br />the requirements of Chapter 690 of the CRL. The Homebuyer Loan Agreement <br />and the Affordable Housing Resale Restriction both remain in full force and effect <br />and are not amended or altered in any manner whatsoever by this Notice of <br />Affordability Restrictions. <br />10. Capitalized terms shall have the meaning established under the <br />Homebuyer Loan Agreement (including all Attachments thereto) excepting only to <br />the extent as otherwise expressly provided under this Notice of Affordability <br />Restrictions. <br />11. Persons having questions regarding this Notice of Affordability <br />Restrictions, the Homebuyer Loan Agreement or the Attachments thereto <br />(including the Affordable Housing Resale Restriction) should contact Agency at its <br />offices (20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California 92701, or such other address <br />as may be designated by Agency from time to time). <br />ATTACHMENT NO. 12-4 <br />DOCS00 I400673v t4/200272-0001
