RESOURCES <br />FEDERAL RESOURCES <br />As part of the Action Plan, federal regulations require the City of Santa Ana to delineate <br />federal and non - federal resources expected to be available to address the priority needs <br />and specific objectives identified in the Consolidated Plan. TABLE 3 provides a summary of <br />HUD grants and program income that will be programmed during FY 2011 -2012. <br />HUD also asks communities to outline other resources that may be available during the <br />program year to leverage federal grant funds in an effort to address priority needs. TABLE 3 <br />provides a more comprehensive listing of potential federal, state and local private resources <br />that are or may be available to the City to undertake activities to meet housing and <br />community needs. <br />TABLE 3: POTENTIAL RESOURCES AVAILABLE FOR HOUSING & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT 2011 -2012 <br />FEDERAL RESOURCES <br />This is an entitlement program that is awarded to <br />■ Social Services <br />Community Development Block <br />the City on a formula basis.
