PERSONNEL <br />The program will be managed by experienced O.C. Affinity Swim staff, and will provide <br />training through the nationally recognized American Red Cross Health and Safety <br />courses for Lifeguard training, First Aid, CPR for the Professional Rescuer and Learn -to - <br />Swim Program. The current qualified, City of Santa Ana aquatic staff will have priority <br />to be hired by O.C. Affinity Swim and will continue to operate the existing programs for <br />the summer. Employment will be from June 1S, through August 31, 2011. On May 15, <br />2011, a onetime in-service training to confirm qualification and required skill <br />performances and team information meeting will be conducted. <br />CITY RESPONSIBILITY <br />The City shall be responsible for all maintenance, gas, water, electricity and related <br />facility expenses, and personnel required to provide the recreation swim session at <br />facilities covered by this Agreement. <br />
