Chapter 2 CEQA Findings <br />Table 2-1 (CEQA Findings) summarizes the potentially significant impacts of the EIR that were reduced <br />to less-than-significant levels with mitigation as well as the significant and unavoidable impacts of the <br />Project. <br />Additional facts that support the findings are set forth in the Final EIR, the staff reports to the Planning <br />Commission and City Council, and the record of proceedings. Key discussions that support the Findings <br />from the Final EIR are provided in “Evidence Supporting Finding.” However, other evidence may be <br />contained in the overall record of the project to further support the finding. <br />The documents and other materials that constitute the record of proceedings on which the Project <br />findings are based are located at the City of Santa Ana Planning and Building Agency, 20 Civic Center <br />Plaza, M-20, Santa Ana, California 92702. The custodian for these documents is Lucy Linnaus.
