Diesel-fueled <br />commercial motor vehicles with gross <br />vehicular weight ratings of greater than <br />10,000 pounds shall be turned off when not in <br />use for more than 5 minutes. Contract <br />specifications shall be included in the <br />proposed project construction documents, <br />which shall be approved by the City of Santa <br />Ana. <br />MM4.2-14 The developer shall require by <br />contract specifications that construction <br />parking be configured to minimize traffic <br />interference during the construction period <br />and, therefore, reduce idling of traffic. <br />Contract specifications shall be included in <br />the proposed project construction documents, <br />which shall be approved by the City of Santa <br />Ana. <br />MM4.2-15 The developer shall require by <br />contract specifications that temporary traffic <br />controls are provided, such as a flag person, <br />during all phases of construction to maintain <br />smooth traffic flow.
