RECITALS: The parties entered into Agreement N-2010-081, dated May 7, 2010 (hereinafter the "Agreement") by which Provider has provides acting lessons in the City's leisure program. 2. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to amend the Compensation and renew said Agreement for an additional one-year period. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows. 1. Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to provide that in consideration for the right to participate in the City's Leisure Class Program, Provider will pay to City ten percent (10%) of all gross revenue collected from class participants. 2. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the termination date to June 30, 2012. 3. Except as herein amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
