• Conditions of Approval for Site Plan Review No. 2011-02 <br />Site Plan Review No. 2011-02 is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with applicable sections of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code, the California Administrative Code, the Califomia Building Standards Code, and all <br />other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below rip or to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this site plan review approval. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the life <br />of the site plan review approval. Failure to comply with each and every condition may <br />result in the revocation of the site plan review approval. <br />A. Planning Division <br />All improvements to the project shall be consistent with the approvals <br />granted in 2006 for the auto dealership, including landscaping and paving. <br />Prior to issuance of a building permit, approval from the Santa Ana Auto Mall <br />Architectural Board shall be obtained. <br />3. Any amendment to this site plan review approval must be submitted to the <br />• Planning Division for review. At that time, staff will determine if <br />administrative relief is available or the conditional use permit must be <br />amended. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2011-06 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
