APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENTS <br />20A AGMT NO. 2011-028 - APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT ACCEPTING <br />CALIFORNIA ENDOWMENT GRANT FUNDING PROGRAM - Police <br />Department <br />MOTION: Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five <br />affirmative votes) <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2011-198 - Recognizing the <br />California Endowment Program Funding in the amount of $61,144 into the <br />revenue account and appropriate same into the expenditure accounts. <br />20B AGREEMENTS WITH LEISURE CLASS INSTRUCTORS AND <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT - Parks, Recreation & Community <br />Services Agency <br />MOTION: <br />1. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an <br />agreement subject to non-substantive changes approved by the <br />City Attorney. <br />AGMT NO. 2011-117 - Execute an amendment with Martin Torres for <br />Karate Do Kai instruction, extending the term one-year, and adding <br />$30,000 for next fiscal year. <br />2. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an <br />agreement subject to non-substantive changes approved by the <br />City Attorney. <br />AGMT NO. 2011-118 - Execute an amendment with Choc Le for Tae <br />Kwon Do instruction, extending the term one-year, and adding $30,000 <br />for next fiscal year. <br />3. Approve an appropriation adjustment.
