McFadden Avenue, Santa Ana, CA <br />County: Los Angeles <br />11IIS MEMORANDUM OF LAND LEASE AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of <br />2011, by and between City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("Lessor") <br />and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Lessee"). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />That Lessor hereby leases to Lessee and Lessee hereby leases from Lessor a portion of that <br />certain real property (the "Property") in the State of California, County of Orange, City of Santa Ana <br />commonly known as 2115 W. McFadden Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92703, a legal description of which is <br />shown in Lxhiblt A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, under the terms and conditions <br />of the unrecorded Land Lease Agreement by and between Lessor and Lessee dated by Lessor <br />2011, and incorporated herein by reference (the "Agreement") for an initial term <br />often ( 10) _years, commencing on the Commencement Date, as defined in the Agreement, and three (3) <br />subsequent optional extension terms of five (5) years each, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
