A- 2008 - 096 -002 <br />WORK MAY <br />7 <br />9 -- Vl <br />CLERK C <br />R� DATE S _ z- 1 1 <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on March 15, 2011, <br />by and between Coast Surveying, Inc., a California corporation ( "Consultant ") and the City of <br />Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ( "City "). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into Consultant Agreement A- 2008 -096, dated April 7, 2008, (hereinafter <br />3 ,said Agreement ") by which Consultant has provided construction surveying services. <br />C> <br />B. Said Agreement was amended by First Amendment dated March 16, 2010, exercise an option <br />to renew, add compensation and amend the fee schedule during the renewal term. <br />oC. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to again <br />extend the term of said Agreement. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all <br />f� the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Second Amendment to <br />Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 3, TERM, shall be extended for an additional one -year period, through March 31, <br />2012. <br />2. Except as herein amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in <br />full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to Agreement <br />on the date and year first written above. <br />ATTEST: <br />MARIA D.
