<br />�1AR 1 6 2v SECOND AMENDMENT TO ADULT CROSSING GUARD AGREEMENT
<br />C. The Parties desire to renew the term of said Agreement for an additional one -year period.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and subject to all
<br />the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except as herein modified, the parties agree as
<br />follows:
<br />1. Section 3, TERM, shall be extended for an additional one -year period to February 29,
<br />2012.
<br />2. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain
<br />in full force and effect.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Second Amendment to
<br />Agreement the day and year first above written,

<br />RECITALS:
<br />A. City and Consultant entered into Agreement #A- 2010 -038, dated March 1, 2010, for
<br />adult crossing guard services, hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement."
<br />B. City and consultant entered into a First Amendment, #A- 2010 - 038 -001, dated March 1,
<br />J
<br />2010, amending the compensation from a not -to- exceed amount of $795,450.00, to a not -
<br />to- exceed amount of $826,783.00.
<br />C. The Parties desire to renew the term of said Agreement for an additional one -year period.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and subject to all
