5.4.2 "Smr Sopper": Used to collect standing water in brick dust areas. <br />Shall be drum type with exterior sponge and arm holding drum. <br />5.4.3 Diamond Or Beckson Pump: Used to remove standing water in <br />brick dust areas. Shall be plastic with flexible piston and value. <br />5.4.4 Infield Sopper with Wringer and Bucket: Used to collect standing <br />water in brick dust areas. Sopper shall be geotextile-covered <br />sponge typical for absorbing chemical spills. <br />6.0 Meetings <br />6.1 Contractor shall provide City of Santa Ana staff with a contact person and a <br />phone number to reach the contact person from the hours of 6:30am - 5:00pm, <br />Monday - Saturday. <br />6.2 Contractor shall appoint and identify to City of Santa Ana staff a "site <br />supervisor". This site supervisor shall meet with staff one (1) time per week at a <br />time and place agreed upon by both parties for as long as the contract is in effect <br />to discuss any problems/concerns that may arise and any goals for the day/week. <br />6.3 In November of each year for as long as the contract is in effect, Contractor shall <br />personally meet with staff, along with the designated site supervisor, to discuss <br />and outline schedules for "Annual Renovations" (listed in Section 10.0). <br />7.0 Daily Infield Maintenance <br />7.1 General <br />7.1.1 Contractor shall remove all litter, broken glass and hazardous <br />debris from infield and dugout areas. <br />7.1.2 Contractor shall keep brick dust and dugout areas in a weed free <br />condition. <br />7.1.3 Contractor shall hose and/or sweep and hose out all dugouts so <br />they are 100% free of brick dust or any other debris. <br />7.2 Maintenance Procedure <br />7.2.1 Retain smooth and level playing surface, using the following daily <br />procedure. The contractor shall remove all bases before beginning <br />any work on in-field and re-install after all work on in-field is <br />completed. <br />4
