B. The City attests that no unilateral reduction in through lanes has <br />been made on any MPAH arterials during Fiscal Years 2009/2010 <br />and 2010/2011. <br />C. The City has adopted a uniform setback ordinance providing for the <br />preservation of rights-of-way-consistent with the MPAH arterial <br />highway classification. <br />D. The City has adopted provisions for the limitation of access to <br />arterial highways in order to protect the integrity of the system. <br />Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its <br />adoption by the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and <br />certify the vote adopting this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this 16th day of May 2011. <br />/ r <br />Miguel A.
