Set Public Hearing For_ <br />CONTINUED TO <br />FILE NUMBER <br />Receive and file the staff report approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2011-06 as conditioned. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />On May 9, 2011, the Planning Commission adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use <br />Permit No. 2011-06 as conditioned by a vote of 7:0 to allow the construction of a 57-foot high <br />wireless facility stealthed as a monopine for Verizon Wireless in the Light Industrial (M1) zoning <br />district at 2624 South Hickory Street. The Planning Commission made no changes to the <br />recommended conditions of approval outlined in the attached staff report (Exhibit A). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />ELY= <br />Jay M.
