Award a contract to Kana Pipeline, Inc., the lowest responsible <br />bidder, in accordance with unit bid prices in the estimated <br />amount of $723,755 for construction of Concrete Street Water <br />Main Improvements. <br />2. Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated construction <br />cost of $904,700. <br />AGREEMENTS <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute the following agreements, subject to non-substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney and/or <br />actions as noted on the Request for Council Action report.
