Agreement for Parking Analysis <br />June 6, 2011 <br />Page 2 <br />The evaluation committee consisted of city staff from various departments, including the <br />Community Development Agency, Police Department, Public Works Agency, and the Planning & <br />Building Agency. Each respondent's submittal was evaluated in the following areas: <br />qualifications, staffing & project organization, work plan, and cost. <br />The firms with the top five scores were invited to participate in an interview. Based on the <br />interviews, the evaluation committee is recommending Kimley -Horn and Associates, Inc. to <br />perform the downtown comprehensive parking analysis. Additionally, staff is recommending the <br />addition of a 15% contingency, to cover any additional stakeholder outreach meetings beyond <br />what was included in the RFP. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are available in the FY 10/11 Parking Enterprise Fund account (accounting unit 02718861- <br />62300). <br />'It" W C� &a)ot-et <br />Nancy T.
