RESOLUTION 2011-444 <br /> PROPOSED <br />REVENUE FY 10-11 FY 11-12 <br />ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT/MISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE UNIT FEES FEES <br />SECTION IX PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY <br />Projects prior to May 18, 2009, shall be subject to the fees indicated in Resolution 2009-018 <br />51602 33) Inspections for which no fee is specifically indicated Per Hour 79.30 80.00 <br /> (minimum charge - one (1) hour) <br />51602 34) Additional plan review required by changes, additions or Per Hour 79.30 80.00 <br /> revisions to approved plans (minimum charge -one (1) hour) <br /> PLUMBING PLAN CHECK FEES <br /> Whenever plumbing plans are required by the Building <br /> Official, plan check fees shall be 65% of the plumbing <br /> permit fee and shall be paid at the time of submitting plans. <br /> GRADING PERMITS <br />51606 Any person desiring a grading permit required by the Building Each Permit 37.85 38.25 <br /> Code, shall, at the time of filing an application, pay a fee of $38.25. <br /> FEESCHEDULE <br />51606 1) Grading Permit: Minimum Per Hour 79.30 80.00 <br /> a. One and Two S.F.D. 1 Hour <br /> b. Multiple Residential including, Residential tracts, 2 Hours <br /> Apartments, Condominiums, Hotels, Motels, and <br /> Similar Construction <br /> c. Non-Residential Site Less Than 2 Acres 3 Hours <br /> d. Non-Residential Site 2 Acres and More 5 Hours <br /> e. Preliminary Grading Permit, Underground Tank 1 Hour <br /> Removal and Excavation for Soil Contamination <br /> f Existing Parking Lot Resurfacing and Repainting 1 Hour <br />51606 2) In addition to the above noted permit fees, Minimum Sq. There is no minimum fee for the issuance of a <br /> permit for single family residences and duplexes.
