This is the same <br />authority granted to the City Manager by the voters through a Charter Amendment in November of <br />2006. The authority granted to the Executive Director required the submission of a quarterly report <br />to the Agency Board at a public meeting on all such agreements. The report is required to include <br />the names of contractors and the amounts of each contract. <br />Exhibit 1 is a listing of all agreements entered into between January 1 and March 31, 2011, valued <br />at $25,000 and under.
