City of Santa Ana SOW v4.9 <br />14. Invoice Reporting Tool or IR Tool: Invoice reporting tool used by SCE. <br />15. Subcontractor: An entity contracting directly or indirectly with Implementer to furnish <br />services or materials as part of or directly related to Implementer's Work. <br />16. Title 24: California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 24, also known as the California <br />Building Standards Code (composed of 12 parts). Title 24, Part 6 sets forth California's <br />energy efficiency standards for residential and nonresidential buildings and was <br />established in 1978 in response to a legislative mandate to reduce California's energy <br />consumption. The standards are updated periodically to allow consideration and possible <br />incorporation of new energy efficiency technologies and methods. Title 24, Part 6 is the <br />focus of the Work under this Agreement. <br />17. Work: Any and all obligations of Implementer to be performed pursuant to and during <br />the term of the Contract, any revision to the Contract, or a subsequent Contract or <br />Contract Addendum incorporating this Statement of Work. The Work will include, but <br />may not be limited to, the tasks described in Section 5 of this Statement of Work. <br />SECTION 2: OBJECTIVES <br />Through the Program, the Implementer will: <br />• Establish the baseline GHG inventory, including an energy savings analysis of the <br />baseline GHG for both the Community and Municipal Operations; <br />• Develop an energy efficiency chapter in a climate action plan for both the Community <br />and Municipal Operations; and <br />• Provide California Green Building Code, and LEED certification training to city staff and <br />members of legislative and advisory committees. <br />SECTION 3: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Notice to Proceed ("NTP"): Implementer may start Work only upon the occurrence of each <br />of the following: <br />1. Implementer receives the Contract; <br />2. Implementer provides to the CPM a signed acknowledgement form of the Contract; and <br />3. CPM provides to Implementer written approval to proceed. <br />B. Goals: The primary goal of the Program is to achieve the Objectives and Performance <br />Indicators set forth herein, in the time frame herein.
