4.1.3. Implementer shall perform its Work obligations within the <br />Implementer Budget and in conformance with the schedule associated <br />with such Work as set forth in the Statement of Work, and shall <br />furnish the required labor, equipment and material with the degree of <br />skill, care and professionalism that is required by current professional <br />standards. <br />4.1.4. Implementer shall be primarily responsible for coordinating the <br />preparation of all Program-related documents, including all required <br />reporting of Implementer pursuant to Section 9, and any reporting <br />required by the CPUC. Implementer shall obtain the approval of SCE <br />prior to usage of any SCE Program documents or other energy <br />efficiency program documents or materials offered by SCE. <br />4.1.5. Upon reasonable request, Implementer shall submit to SCE all <br />contracts, agreements or other requested documents with <br />Implementer's Subcontractors performing Work for the Program. <br />4.2. General Obligations of SCE. <br />4.2.1. SCE will appoint a Program representative ("SCE Representative" or <br />"Contract Program Manager" PCPM' ]) who will be the primary <br />contact between SCE and Implementer, and who will be authorized to <br />act on behalf of SCE in carrying out SCE's obligations under this <br />Contract. <br />4.2.2. SCE shall administer the PGC funds authorized by the Commission <br />for the Program in accordance with this Contract. <br />5. MARKETING <br />5.1. Marketing Materials. Implementer shall obtain the approval of SCE when <br />developing Program marketing materials and prior to distribution, publication, <br />circulation, or dissemination in any way to the public by Implementer or by a <br />Participating Municipality. In addition, all advertising, marketing or otherwise printed <br />or reproduced material (including website material) used to implement, refer to or is in <br />anyway related to the Program must contain the respective name and logo of SCE and, <br />at a minimum, the following language: "This Program is funded by California utility <br />ratepayers and administered by Southern California Edison under the auspices of the <br />California Public Utilities Commission." <br />5.2. Outreach. Implementer shall obtain the approval of SCE prior to <br />implementation by Implementer or a Participating Municipality, of any public <br />outreach activities or campaigns for the Program (exhibits, displays, public <br />presentations, canvassing, etc.), and any marketing materials used in connection with <br />such outreach activity shall comply with all requirements of Section 6 of this Contract. <br />20B-6
