RESOLUTION 2011 - # ## <br />REVENUE <br />ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT /MISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE <br />SECTION IX PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY <br />Projects prior to May 18, 2009, shall be subject to the fees indicated in Resolution 2009 -018 <br />The determination of total valuation shall be made by the <br />Building Official. The value to be used shall be the total <br />value of all construction work for which the permit is issued <br />using the building valuation data based upon in the most <br />recent edition of Building Standards published by the <br />International Conference of Building Official. The value of <br />work performed as a remodel and other valuations not <br />published by the International Conference of Building <br />Officials shall be determined by the Building Official. <br />51601 PARKING LOT RESURFACING AND /OR REPAINTING <br />Existing parking lot resurfacing and /or repainting, fee shall <br />be based on the value of the work performed. <br />51601 UNDERGROUND TANK REMOVAL <br />Underground tank removal and backfill fee shall be based <br />upon valuation. <br />51601 EXCAVATION FOR SOIL CONTAMINATION <br />Excavation and backfill related to soil contamination fee shall <br />be based upon valuation. <br />BUILDING PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE <br />(FEES BASED UPON VALUATION OF WORK) <br />TOTAL VALU FEE <br />$1.00 TO $500.00 <br />$21.00 <br />$501.00 TO $2000.00 <br />$21.00 for the first $500.00 plus $3.25 <br />for each additional $100.00 or fraction <br />thereof, to and including $2,000.00 <br />$2,001.00 TO $25,000.00 <br />$69.75 for the first $2,000.00 plus $10.50 <br />for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction <br />thereof, to and including $25,000.00 <br />$25,001.00 TO $50,000.00 <br />$311.25 for the first $25,000.00 plus $7.55 <br />for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction <br />thereof, to and including $50,000.00 <br />$50,001.00 TO $100,000.00 <br />$500.00 for the first $50,000.00 plus <br />$5.40 for each additional $1,000.00 <br />or fraction thereof, to and including <br />$100,000.00 <br />53 <br />PROPOSED <br />FY 10 -11 FY 11 -12 <br />FEES FEES <br />
