i<<f 9466???83 <br />WHEREAS, both parties agree that the real property <br />previously set aside for the Courthouse site is not essential <br />to the operation of the Courthouse; and <br />WHEREAS, County desires to transfer to Authority its <br />interest in a parcel of land of the same site as is needed by <br />City for City Hall; <br />WHEREAS, a leasehold interest in said land is subject <br />to a trust indenture executed in connection with the financing <br />of said Courthouse; and <br />WHEREAS, Crocker-Citi2ens National Bank is designated <br />as Trustee under said Indenture; and <br />WHEREAS, under Section 6A9 of said Indenture, Crocker- <br />Citizens National Bank, as Trustee, has the power to release <br />said leasehold interest from said Indenture; <br />FOR A VALUABDE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, and pursuant to an Agreement between the <br />City of Santa Ana, a municipal corporation duly organised and <br />existing under the laws of the State of California, and the <br />County of Orange, a subdivision of the State of California, <br />said Agreement entitled "Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement <br />Between the City of Santa Ana and the County of Orange Creat- <br />ing the Orange County Civic Center Authority," executed on <br />January 11, 1966, as amended, the County of orange, and Crocker- <br />Citizene National Bank, as Trustee under the above described <br />Indenture, hereby REMISE, REEEASE AND FOREVER QUITCLAIM, with- <br />out warranty, to the Orange County Civic Center Authority any <br />and all interests held by said parties in and to the following <br />described real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of <br />2,
