The parties hereby request the Civic Center Commission <br />to set a special meeting within two weeks for the purpose of <br />effecting the transfer of the real property described in Exhibit <br />A and the actions required in paragraph one hereinabove, <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this <br />Agreement to be executed and attested by their proper officers <br />DHR\191 2.
