q ?9H?oll <br />cc ?? 4? <br />?I k <br />1994 AMENDMENT TO JOINT BXBRCISE OE FOWHRS AGREENBNT <br />BBTWBBN THE CITY OE SANTA ANA AND TBB COUNTY OF ORpNCB <br />CREATING TBB ORANGE COUNTY CIVIC CENTER AUTEORITY <br />to <br />14 <br />?, <br />w. <br />?;; IS <br />°'o <br />4'°u <br />"U IG <br />?' 1 <br />o?? <br />, <br />00 11 <br />IH <br />19 <br />20 <br /> <br />c <br />° 2G <br />N <br />P <br />o t1 <br />° <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, doted for convenience es of Maech I <br />febzaexr_, 1994, <br />is between the CITY OF SANTA ANA, a municipal corporation duly <br />organized end existing under the laws of the State of California, <br />hereinafter celled the "City", end the COUNTY OF ORANGE, a subdivision <br />of the State of California, hereinafter called the "County"; <br />WHERBAS, the City end County have heretofore entered into a Joint <br />Exercise of Powers Agreement dated Jenuery 11, 1966, which created e <br />joint powers agency known es the Orange County Civic Center Authority; <br />end <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said Agreement, the County end the City have <br />each previously conveyed certain reel property to the Orange County <br />Civic Center Authority, and the Authority has in turn leased said <br />property back to the County and City, respectively; and <br />WHEREAS, both parties agree that the real property described in <br />Exhibits "A" and "B," attached hereto, is no longer needed by the <br />Civic Center Authority for the purposes of said Agreement, and that <br />fee simple title to such property should be returned to the City and <br />the County; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br />1, The Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement between the CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA end the COUNTY OF ORANGB, dated January 11, 1966 end <br />recorded with the Orange County Recorder on August 11, 1966 et Book <br />DHR.d\01 1
