POLICY NUMBER: 72UUNUR�666 COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />ADDITIONAL INSURED - OWNERS, LESSEES OR <br />CONTRACTORS - SCHEDULED PERSON OR ORGANIZATION <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />SCHEDULE <br />Name of Person or Organization: <br />City of Santa Ana <br />(If no entry appears above, information required to complete this endorsement will be shown in the <br />Declarations as applicable to this endorsement.) <br />A. Section II — Who Is An Insured is amended to include as an insured any person or organization <br />shown in the Schedule, but only with respect to liability arising out of your ongoing operations <br />performed for that insured. <br />B. Any coverage provided by this endorsement to an additional insured shall be excess over any other <br />valid and collectible insurance available to the additional insured whether primary, excess, contingent <br />or on any other basis unless a written contract or written agreement in effect during this policy period <br />and signed and executed by you prior to the loss for which coverage is sought specifically requires <br />that this insurance apply on a primary and /or non - contributory basis. If this insurance Is reaulred to <br />be orlmary and /or noncontrlbutorv. we will not seek contrlbutlon from anv oollcv on which <br />that additional insured is a named insured. We may, however, seek contribution from other <br />insurance policies which also add that additional insured as an additional insured. If such other <br />insurance policies are available, we will share with that other insurance by the method described in <br />the policy. <br />C_ With respect to the insurance afforded to these additional insureds, the following exclusion is added: <br />t. Exclusions <br />This insurance does not apply to "bodily injury" or "property damage" occurring after: <br />a) All work, including materials, parts or equipment furnished in connection with such work, on <br />the project (other than service maintenance or repairs) to be performed by or on behalf of <br />the additional insureds) at the site of the covered operations has been completed; or <br />b) That portion of "your work" out of which the injury or damage arises has been put to <br />its intended use by any person or organization other than another contractor or sub- <br />contractor engaged in performing operations for a principal as a part of the same project. <br />CG 20 10 10 01 ©ISO Properties Inc., 2000 Page 1 of � <br />
