He has been a Project Manager working with Caltrans Districts 7 and 8. His prior experience Includes the Del Amo Boulevard Overcrossing over the Dominguez Channel, a project that was very similar to the First Street Bridge Replacement project. A second project in the Dominguez Channel included improvements to a portion of the channel that were also very similar.
