Continuation of Levy Specifically for Maintenance of Improvements <br />Constructed by the District <br />In accordance with section ~ -~ ~ ~i~ of Article ~4, chapter ~ , Santa Ana <br />flllur~icipal bode, it shall be a re~uirerr~ent of the Downtown Santa Ana <br />amrn~nity i~lar~agernent District that assessments specifically des~gnatcd for the <br />maintenance and upl~eep of improvements constructed ~~ the District using <br />assessment revenue, if any, shall continue to be levied on each parcel of land <br />v~ithin the ID for a period of time equal to the useful life of the irnproverner~tr as <br />deterrr~ined b the pity ~ngincer, regardless of whether the District is <br />disestablished or the terra of the original levy has expired. <br />J. Type and Term of District and Showing Specific Number of Years <br />Assessments Wit[ Be Levied <br />The proposed Downtown Santa Ana ornrnunit~r [I~anagernent District is a new <br />district. The ID will have an initial operating term of fire gears.
