Request for Proposals for Right of Way Consulting and Related Services <br />Specialty Area (A5) Acquisition, Relocation, and Property Management Services <br />Orange County Transportation Authority, CA <br />Various Projects <br />OPC completed work on the SR -22 freeway improvements project <br />involving multiple right of way acquisitions and relocations and Caltrans <br />Right of Way Certification. Currently, OPC has ongoing assignments <br />under multiple contracts with OCTA involving the West County <br />Connectors project at 1-405/1605, Railroad Grade Crossing Safety <br />improvements in the Cities of Santa Ana, Orange and Anaheim, and <br />grade separation projects in the Cities of Anaheim and Placentia. <br />Team: Ray Armstrong, Michele Folk, Diana Staudinger, Laura Kane, Daniela Borbe, Ramie Dawit <br />City of Huntington Beach, CA <br />Heil Avenue Widening Project <br />The project constructed street improvements necessary to widen Heil <br />Avenue to its full 80 -foot secondary arterial street width. The widened <br />street provided an additional through -lane in each direction. OPC <br />provided acquisition and relocation to the City which included 20 <br />acquisitions, (4 part -takes, 3 full -takes and 13 temporary construction <br />easements) and the relocation of three residential owner -occupants. <br />Team: Michele Folk, Daniela Borbe <br />Watershed Conservation AuthoritylCity of Azusa <br />EI Encanto Project of Azusa <br />Overland, Pacific & Cutler, Inc, was selected as the Watershed <br />Conservation Authority's on-call services provider. The Authority, in <br />collaboration with the City of Azusa, purchased a former restaurant site <br />for inclusion into the Azusa River Wilderness Park. The project included <br />demolition to create park land.
