Managed and inspected over 150 <br />properties within the city boundaries for the Redevelopment <br />Agency, Housing, Public Works and Parks Department. <br />City of Tustin — Property Management — Worked directly with the <br />Redevelopment Agency to oversee the residential and <br />commercial rental units. Prepared and reviewed all lease <br />agreements. Maintenance coordination for all tenants. Advertise <br />all available units.
