• The Consultant shall diligently work on each assignment and complete each task <br />in accordance with the schedule and accommodate the City's needs. <br />• The Consultant's work will be subject to inspections by City, County, State and <br />Federal representatives. <br />• Project files including copies of all correspondences, reports, documents, and <br />electronic files shall be submitted to the City when requested. <br />• All work, including reports, analysis, data, and intellectual properties developed <br />during the life of the Agreement shall become the properties of the City. <br />• The Consultant will receive written notification of the award of the contract. Upon <br />on such notification, the Consultant will proceed with the services required by the <br />Agreement. <br />Specific Scope of Work for Demolition Services includes <br />Contractor is responsible for demolishing improvements, including, but not limited to: <br />foundations and footings, slabs, basement, detached garage and all landscaping. <br />Contractor is also responsible for clearing the site, grading the parcel for drainage, <br />importing and exporting fill dirt as needed, capping all sewer lines. <br />All work is to be done in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local <br />regulations, standards and codes governing demolition and any other trade work done in <br />conjunction with the demolition. Copies of all demolition permits, sewer cap inspection <br />approval and a letter of completion should be submitted for City's files prior to the <br />Contractor receiving payment. <br />The Contractor shall supply all necessary labor, materials, services, insurance, permits, <br />and equipment to carry out the work in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and <br />local regulations. <br />Additional duties will include <br />• Asbestos abatement <br />• Rat and/or vermin abatement <br />
