<br />and construction projects have included structural steel,
<br />reinforced concrete, pre -cast pre- stressed concrete, post -
<br />tensioned concrete, and timber on all types of buildings,
<br />parking decks, and bridges. He earned his bachelor's and
<br />master's degrees in civil engineering from NC State, and
<br />is a registered Professional Engineer in 12 states. He is a
<br />member of numerous professional organizations, including
<br />the American Society of Civil Engineers and the International
<br />Parking Institute.
