Mr. Gregory Hefter <br />February 7, 2011 —Page 3 <br />Coordinate any parking control designs with the appropriate City Department or <br />consultant. <br />Attend meetings with AECOM and the City as may be required and make <br />presentations as requested or required. <br />SGA Construction Document Services: <br />SGA Architectural Construction Documents: <br />Prepare construction documents consisting of drawings and specifications setting <br />forth the requirements for project construction. The final construction documents will <br />be of sufficient detail to reasonably bid and build the project by a competent general <br />contractor familiar with this type of work. <br />The architectural construction documents are prepared from the approved Design <br />Development drawings with two-dimensional graphic representations, such as plans, <br />elevations, sections, and details Indicating the design, location, size, and dimensions <br />of the project and of the parts thereof. Notes on the drawings and specifications <br />support and explain the graphic representations. <br />Coordinate with AECOM for structural, mechanical and electrical improvements. <br />Coordinate any required street improvements directly adjacent to the Project with the <br />appropriate City Department or consultant. <br />Coordinate any signage and graphic designs with the appropriate City Department or <br />consultant. <br />Coordinate any parking control designs with the appropriate City Department or <br />consultant. <br />Attend meetings with AECOM and the City as may be required and make <br />presentations as requested or required. <br />Plan Check: <br />Submit the appropriate documents to the various governmental departments for the <br />purpose of checking plans prior to issuing building permits. <br />Coordinate with the various governmental agencies and make adjustments necessary <br />to the architectural construction documents and coordinate any requirements with <br />AECOM and other City consultants so that they will satisfy the requirements for <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />SGA Construction Administration Services: <br />General <br />SGA will provide services during the course of construction on an as needed basis to <br />assist AECOM and the City in the bidding and selection of an overall Project <br />Construction Manager and/or General Contractor and Will be available to provide the <br />"! services indicated below within the allotted amount Indicated in the Compensation <br />section below. <br />
