C-9-0560 <br />BETWEEN <br />ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY <br />AND <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 is effective on this 40, 1 day of , 2011, by and between <br />the Orange County Transportation Authority, ("AUTHORITY"), and The City of Santa Ana (" I;ITY"). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, by Cooperative Agreement No. C-9-0560 dated November 2, 2009, AUTHORITY <br />and CITY entered into an agreement for CITY to install a Video Surveillance System (VSS) at the Santa <br />Ana Regional Transportation Center (SARTC), previously known as the Santa Ana Depot, at 100 East <br />Santa Ana Boulevard in Santa Ana, California ("PROJECT"); and <br />WHEREAS, AUTHORITY and CITY agree to extend the term of this Agreement to allow for <br />completing the project with no change to the maximum obligation amount; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually understood and agreed by AUTHORITY and CITY that <br />Cooperative Agreement No. C-9-0560 is hereby amended in the following particulars only: <br />1. Amend ARTICLE 4.
