Originally established in 1980, and the current partnership <br />and stock purchase, has again allowed for expansion that has proven our company excels over <br />the normal standards with-in the industry. Our main office is located in Orange County; we have <br />a satellite facility in Irvine, Long Beach, and another satellite location that includes a wholesale <br />nursery in chino. The combination of our locations and volume purchasing capacity reflected in <br />our ability to pass on low material costs permits us to remain extremely competitive, and <br />continue to meet and surpass our high client standards. <br />At Master Landscape and Maintenance, Inc. we offer a variety of horticultural services. Our full <br />service landscape maintenance encompasses all phases of maintenance: high quality detail, <br />mulch application, pest control, herbicide treatment and turf mowing. Our client properties <br />include Municipal projects, Homeowners Associations, apartment complexes, commercial and <br />industrial developments. <br />We also offer arboricultural services. We can provide complete Arborist reports, <br />recommendations, as well as class "A" tree pruning, under direct supervision by a Certified <br />Arborist. <br />At Master Landscape and Maintenance, Inc. we also can create a complete custom pest control <br />program for our clients. We provide soil and tissue sample reports, field identification and <br />diagnosis, and a treatment program designed and implemented for any horticultural related <br />problems. <br />Our irrigation department is one of "pro-activity". We utilize a preventative maintenance <br />approach that identifies a problem before it's reported, thus eliminating client calls and <br />increasing client satisfaction. <br />Along with the many other services we provide, our design department can assist with upgrades <br />or custom design a project utilizing a licensed Landscape Architect.
