EXIBIT A SCOPE OF SERVICES Provider shall teach beginning and advanced aerobics classes for ages 15 to adult in the City's leisure class program. Provider will use accepted safe and healthy aerobic techniques, warm up exercises and steps as well as cool down techniques. Said classes shall be held on the dates and times, and at the facilities as agreed between Provider and City. CLASS SIZE Each class must have a minimum of 8 paid students and no more than a maximum of 25. If the minimum registration has not been reached by the second class, the class may be cancelled by mutual agreement of Provider and City, without any compensation owed to consultant. CLASS FEES Each participant will pay a class fee of $20.00 per month. No refunds shall be made to participants after the first week of class unless the class is cancelled by the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency. The City shall collect the class fees from each participant during the registration period. Provider shall not collect fees, but shall refer all interested participants to City for registration. City agrees to pay Provider seventy per cent (70 %) of the total fees within fifteen (15) working days after completion of the class session. City and Provider agree that City shall retain thirty per cent (30 9/6) of the fees collected. Provider agrees that City representative shall be entitled to audit Provider's records to insure compliance with this Agreement.
