In the event that <br />any one agency discontinues participation, the remaining agencies shall be responsible <br />for the cost share balance. <br />FATPOT Technologies reserves the right to increase maintenance costs after fiscal <br />year 2014-15 at a rate of 5% annually. <br />4 <br />25J-16
