25D AGMT NO. 2011-170 - FUND ALLOCATION FOR THE <br />IMPLEMENTATION OF NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM <br />3 TO ASSIST NEIGHBORHOODS IMPACTED BY FORECLOSED OR <br />ABANDONED PROPERTIES - With ANR Homes, Inc. in an amount not to <br />exceed $1,317,703 plus program income - Community Development <br />Agency <br />25E COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM FY 2011/12 <br />ALLOCATION AMENDMENTS - Community Development Agency <br />MOTION: <br />1. Approve the allocation amendments to the Fiscal Year 2011-2012 <br />Community Development Block Grant Program. <br />2. Authorize the City Manager to submit the approved program to the <br />United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for <br />the City's Fiscal Year 2011-2012 allocation of Community <br />Development Block Grant funds and execute a grant agreement. <br />AGMT NO. 2011-171 - With the United States Department of Housing <br />and Urban Development (HUD). <br />3. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager <br />and the Clerk of the Council to execute memorandums of <br />understanding. <br />AGMT NOS. 2011-172 - With city departments and agreements with <br />nonprofit agencies awarded funds as part of the approved program. <br />25F AGMT NO. 2011-173 - LAW ENFORCEMENT HELICOPTER SERVICES <br />— With Orange County Sheriff's Department in an annual amount not to <br />exceed $345,633 - Police Department and Community Development <br />Agency <br />LAND USE MATTERS <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT/VARIANCES <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 12 JUNE 20, 2011 <br />
