Approve the allocation amendments to the Fiscal Year 2011-2012 <br />Community Development Block Grant Program. <br />2. Authorize the City Manager to submit the approved program to the <br />United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for <br />the City's Fiscal Year 2011-2012 allocation of Community <br />Development Block Grant funds and execute a grant agreement. <br />AGMT NO. 2011-171 - With the United States Department of Housing <br />and Urban Development (HUD). <br />3.
