AND CONVENED TO THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING; THE CITY COUNCIL RECONVENED AT <br />6:45 WITH SAME MEMBERS PRESENT. <br />'Mayor Pro Tern Alvarez and Councilmember Sarmiento left the meeting at 6:45 p.m. <br />and did not return. <br />WORK STUDY SESSION <br />WSA CITYWIDE JOINT USE UPDATE - Parks, Recreation & Community <br />Services Agency <br />JOINT USE AGREEMENTS WITH SANTA ANA UNIFIED SCHOOL <br />DISTRICT <br />— The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency has 7 Join1 <br />Use agreements with SAUSD. <br />— The most recent and comprehensive Joint Use Agreements approved <br />were: <br />• Centennial Park/Godinez High School Joint Use Agreement <br />• Willard Intermediate School Joint Use (25 year) Agreement <br />— PRCSA is working with the SAUSD to establish new Joint Use <br />Agreements for: <br />• SA High School (Neal Machander Tennis Courts) <br />• Willard Intermediate School (Park Site) <br />• Garfield Elementary School (Community Center) <br />• Monte Vista Elementary School (Fence/Security Lighting) <br />• Roosevelt/Walker Park (Community Center/Park) <br />Neal Machander Tennis Courts <br />— SA High School (Neal Machander Tennis Courts) <br />• District/City entered into a cooperative 25 year lease agreement for <br />use of First/Flower Reservoir (for school tennis courts) and <br />McKinley Elementary School site (Angel Park) on October 4, 1971. <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 17 JUNE 20, 2011 <br />
