A8. (See section 5.3) <br />• Provide all required maintenance (parts and labor) and <br />0 Yes O No <br />maintain the equipment in good operating condition in <br />accordance with the manufacturer's technical <br />specifications. This Is to include the most current software <br />release for all telecommunications equipment at no <br />additional charge to the Citv. <br />• Use only original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts for <br />0 Yes 0 No <br />repair or replacement of defective equipment such as <br />circuit cards and telephone instruments (including corded <br />and cordless telephones as well as hands -free headsets <br />and amplifiers - PLANTRONICS) at no additional charge to <br />the City. <br />• Perform preventive maintenance of all systems and <br />0 Yes 0 No <br />equipment at a minimum in accordance with <br />manufacturer's specifications and /or requirements for the <br />equipment, whichever is greater. <br />Preventive maintenance shall be performed on a <br />0 Yes 0 No <br />schedule which is workable with the City's operating <br />requirements and which is mutually acceptable to the <br />City and the Vendor. <br />23 <br />
