<br />Mr. Paul Walters <br /> <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Partners can provide financial and program analysis, facilitation and other management <br />assistance as desired by the interim city manager. <br /> <br />Fee Proposal <br /> <br />Our proposal is to provide interim management services on an hourly basis. Our fee for Jan <br />Perkins' work will be $175 per hour (plus automobile mileage), which is a reduction from her <br />regular hourly rate of $225, in recognition of the anticipated duration of this project. Jan's work <br />will be supplemented as needed by the City with other Management Partners' consultants on an <br />hourly rate ranging from $75 to $175, depending on the individual assigned to the project. We <br />are proposing a not-to-exceed contract in the amount of $100,000, charged on an hourly basis <br />as described. This amount will provide approximately seven months of management services, <br />depending on the number of actual hours worked. The contract can be extended by mutual <br />agreement of the City of Santa Ana and Management Partners. <br /> <br />Optional: If the City desires, the contract could be for more months of strategic management <br />assistance. An amount of $175,000 would provide for approximately one year of assistance, <br />depending on the number of actual hours worked. <br /> <br />Conclusion <br /> <br />We would be pleased to assist the City of Santa Ana with this important work.
