A copy of the prevailing rate of <br />per diem wages is on file at the City of Santa Ana Public Works Agency - Construction Division, and is <br />available on request to any interested party. <br />Where a discrepancy exists between federal and state prevailing wage rates, the policy of the California <br />Department of Labor is to require that the higher of the two prevailing wage rates shall apply <br />11 <br />25D-25
