AT &T and 3- Yr.Time Warner Review <br />Communications Support Group, Inc. <br />performed compliance audits, franchise fee audits and video user tax audits for <br />numerous California franchising authorities. Additionally, Mr. Risk has worked <br />previously for the City of Santa Ana as a consultant and full -time employee. <br />Approximately fifteen percent of work on this engagement will be supervised and <br />reviewed by Mr. William S. Morgan, CPA, DE &CO's Director of Consulting Services. Mr. <br />Morgan is a graduate of the University of Southern California and is an associate <br />member of the Southern California and Nevada Chapter of the National Association of <br />Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (SCAN /NATOA). Mr. Morgan has also <br />worked previously for the City of Santa Ana as a subcontractor consultant. <br />Over the past seven years, CSG and DE &CO have been retained by numerous cities <br />(or groups of cities) to perform cable television consulting services.
