("Contractor") and the City of Santa Ana ("City"). RECITALS: A. The parties entered into that certain Agreement N-2010-063, dated July 1, 2010, (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Contractor has provided minor repair services at the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center. B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to extend the term and provide additional compensation to pay for services during the extended term. WHEREFORE, in consideration ofthe covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 2.a., COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation by $25,000, to pay for services provided during FY 2011-2012, at the rates and charges set forth in Exhibit A to said Agreement. 2. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the term an additional one-year period, through June 30, 2012. 3. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
